Who is Peak Performance?

Peak Performance Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, P.C. is a private practice serving patients throughout Whitley and Kosciusko Counties. We provide out-patient orthopedic physical and occupational therapy, post-operative rehabilitation and sports medicine.  Our philosophy focuses on several key aspects to ensure a quality, effective and efficient treatment experience.  These philosophical traits include: "one on one" attention, individualized treatment programs, research oriented/evidence based practice and education for self management/treatment strategies.  We have an array of therapists who specialize in disciplines such as hand therapy, lymphedema, pediatrics, spine therapy and sports medicine. We also serve a large patient demographic spectrum ranging from infant to senior citizens.
